Use of Digital AI Assistant (GuestButler)

1. Deployment of GuestButler

Stichting Park Central Short Stay uses a digital AI assistant called GuestButler before, during, and after the stay. This assistant is deployed to inform guests, answer frequently asked questions, and support communication regarding the stay. Communication primarily takes place via WhatsApp or similar messaging services.

2. Consent for Communication and AI Use

By making a reservation and/or using the communication services of Park Central Short Stay, the guest agrees that:
- Communication takes place (partially) via WhatsApp or a similar platform;
- An AI system is used to answer questions;
- Personal data is processed for this purpose, including contact details and information related to the stay.

This consent is necessary to enable service provision via GuestButler.

3. Processing of Personal Data

Park Central Short Stay acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). GuestButler and Achmea Services N.V. act as processors. Personal data is processed for the purpose of support before, during, and after the stay and to improve service provision, including AI training purposes. Guest data is retained for a maximum of two (2) years for this purpose, unless a statutory retention period requires longer storage. The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with Park Central Short Stay's privacy statement.

4. Use and Reliability of AI Responses

The information provided by GuestButler is automatically generated by an AI system. Although Park Central Short Stay strives to offer correct and current information, this information may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. No rights can be derived from GuestButler's answers. In case of doubt, ambiguity, or urgent situations, the guest should always contact Park Central Short Stay directly.

5. Liability

Park Central Short Stay is, to the extent legally permitted, not liable for damage resulting from the use of or reliance on information provided by GuestButler that proves to be incorrect or incomplete. Any liability is limited to what is permitted under mandatory law.

6. Use of the AI Assistant

Guests are not permitted to use GuestButler in a manner that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. In case of misuse, Park Central Short Stay reserves the right to terminate or limit communication via GuestButler, without any right to compensation arising as a result.

7. Unsubscribing and Alternatives

Guests can refuse the use of GuestButler or unsubscribe at any time from (further) communication via this AI assistant. In that case, communication with Park Central Short Stay will take place via email or another alternative channel offered by Park Central Short Stay.
