Cancellation Terms Overview
More than 14 Days Before Arrival
Free Cancellation - You will receive a complete 100% refund of your reservation amount with no charges applied.
14 Days to 24 Hours Before Arrival
Partial Charge Applied - 50% of your reservation amount will be charged, meaning you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Less than 24 Hours Before Arrival
Full Charge Applied - The complete reservation amount will be charged with no refund available.
No-Show Situations
Full Charge Applied - If you fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged with no refund available.
Detailed Cancellation Conditions
Free Cancellation Period
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. This gives you flexibility to adjust your travel plans without any financial penalty.
Partial Cost Period
If you cancel within 14 days and up to 24 hours before arrival, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. This helps us cover costs while still offering partial refund flexibility.
Full Charge Period
For cancellations within 24 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged, without refund. This policy helps us manage last-minute cancellations that prevent us from rebooking the accommodation.

Arrival Date Calculation
The arrival date is set based on a 3:00 PM check-in time. All cancellation deadlines are calculated from this standard check-in time, regardless of your actual planned arrival time.
Shortening Your Stay
If you choose to shorten your stay during your reservation, you must submit an official cancellation request at least 5 days before your new check-out date to receive a full refund for the remaining nights.
Example: If you're staying for 7 nights but decide after 2 nights that you want to leave early, you must notify us at least 5 days before your new departure date to get a refund for the unused nights.
