1) Bookings
How long can I stay in Park Central Short Stay?

Short stay guests are welcome to book accommodations with us for stays ranging from 3 days to a maximum of 4 months.

What kind of apartments do you have?

Park Central Short Stay offers 26 fully furnished, luxury-designed apartments in a range of sizes and styles, spread across four floors. Each apartment features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and well-appointed bathrooms. The available apartment types include Comfort, Executive, and Royal, each tailored to provide a unique and relaxing stay.

How do you use and process my information?

At Park Central Short Stay, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We do not share, sell, or misuse your information.

What is included in the price?

Almost everything you need is included in the total price:

  • A fully furnished apartment with kitchen, bathroom, toilet en living room
  • Three bath towels per person and shower gel and shampoo
  • An extra set of bed linen for your convenience
  • A coffee and tea package
  • A cleaning package
  • Tap water from The Hague chilled in your fridge

2) Check-in
What time can I check in?

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in is possible, but must be arranged in advance. Please contact us for specific requests.

What do I need to bring?

Since our apartments are fully furnished you will only need to bring your clothes and your fabulous self, of course! You can even purchase a nice bottle of wine in advance, and we'll be happy to chill it for you in your fridge before your arrival.

What documents are required for me to check-in?

Please make sure you bring your Park Central Short Stay booking confirmation and your ID or passport.

3) Staying at the apartment
Can I smoke in my apartment?

Smoking, including vaping and the use of substances like weed or hash, is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building, including the balconies. Any violation will trigger the fire alarm, causing unnecessary disruptions. If any member of our team discovers smoking or vaping in the building (including your apartment), your contract will be immediately terminated, and a fee of €250 will be charged.

Can I paint the walls, wallpaper them and/or bring my own furniture?

No, unfortunately, you can't bring your own furniture or make changes like painting or wallpapering the walls. The apartments are already thoughtfully designed. You're more than welcome to bring personal items to add your own touch and make the space feel like home.

Can I bring my pet?

Park Central are delighted to welcome your furry friends! Pets are allowed in our apartments for an additional fee and upon prior agreement. Please contact us for more details and to make arrangements for your pet's stay. We reserve the right to ask for the immediate removal of any pet displaying dangerous or unacceptable behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, biting, excessive noise (like barking), signs of illness, or urination/defecation in public areas.

What if something in my apartment breaks or if my light bulb needs replacing?

At Park Central Short Stay, our maintenance team is always on hand to take care of any issues in your apartment or the communal areas. If you encounter any problems, just let us know, and they'll address it as quickly as possible. You can report maintenance issues via support@parkcentralshortstay.com. Repairs are free of charge with normal and responsible use. However, if damage is caused by misuse, we will need to charge for compensation.

Do I have to clean my apartment?

We know that cleaning isn't everyone's favorite task. However, you are responsible for keeping your apartment tidy. You can either take care of it yourself or book an extra In-Between cleaning service. Check our showmap in the apartment for prices. A professional cleaner will clean your apartment for an additional charge. The final cleaning of your apartment after checkout will be handled by us and is already included your bill when you book.

What happens if I lose my keys?

Your Park Central Short Stay key gives you access to the building and your apartment. We understand that accidents happen, but if you lose it, there will be a €75 charge to replace the keys.

Is it possible to move within Park Central Short Stay?

We can look at the possibilities and try to facilitate your request, but we cannot guarantee it. We charge you €25 administration costs and the apartment that you leave behind needs to be professionally cleaned by our housekeeping department.

4) Facilities at Park Central Short Stay
Does Park Central Short Stay offer any other services?

At Park Central Short Stay, we go the extra mile to make you feel like royalty. In addition to all the standard amenities, we offer little extra's to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. From Linen Packs to apartment cleaning and more, most of our services can be easily added to your booking online. If there's something else you need that we haven't thought of yet, just let us know, and we'll make it happen.

What about my mail?

In the public area, close to the entrance door, we have mailboxes where you can find your mail.

Is there somewhere to store my bike?

We offer bike parking (free of charge) behind an electronically secured fenced area. However, please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to bikes.

Is there somewhere to park my car?

We offer paid car parking behind an electronically secured fenced area. However, please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles. If you need a parking space, please contact us in advance.

5) Payments
Do I need to pay a deposit?

There is no deposit for bookings.

What are service charges?

The services we and/or other parties provide are covered by a service charge. This includes things like water, electricity, heating, taxes, cleaning of public and communal areas, Wi-Fi, building maintenance, security, and more. The service charge is included in the price.

What is the normal payment structure?

You pay the full amount upfront. You receive an email with the invoice.

What do I do if my payment fails?

Please contact your bank first to explain the issue. It's possible there could be an authorization problem or perhaps another payment has been processed with the same card, reaching your payment limit for the month. If the issue persists after speaking with your bank, feel free to call or email us, and we'll work together to resolve it.

6) Check-out
When and how do I check-out?

When moving out please follow our check-out procedure which is placed in the showmap in the apartment. Our housekeeping staff will inspect the apartment for any defects. If any defects are found during the inspection, you will have to pay for the repairs or replacement. Costs will be made known before the repair works are executed.

Park Central Short Stay staff might have to enter your apartment for either maintenance or security reasons during your stay. Notice will always be given where and when possible.

Late check-out is possible, but must be arranged in advance. Please contact us for specific requests.
