This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is within walking distance of Central Station, the bustling shopping area Theresiastraat and the business district Beatrix. The tastefully furnished living room features a generous 55-inch SMART TV for streaming your favorite series via Netflix, YouTube or another TV app. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare your favorite meal or showcase your culinary skills to visiting guests.
The 2 bedrooms, located on the quiet rear side, each offer access to a large private terrace with breathtaking views of The Hague's largest forest, also known as the backyard of the Royal Palace. Both bedrooms are equipped with a SMART TV and have adjacent private bathrooms with sinks and showers. The master bedroom has a double bed (180cm x 200cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds. A washing machine and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room.
For year-round comfort, the apartment features an air conditioning system, ensuring a pleasant temperature day and night. Please note that this early 20th century building has no elevator, and access is exclusively via typical Dutch stairs.
